Registration now open

Registration for classes offered throughout the spring 2023 semester at Lehigh Carbon Community College is now available to all new and continuing students. Students can register online for courses that are offered in person, online or remotely, or in a hybrid format.

The 14-week spring session starts Jan. 23 and ends May 15, 2023. In addition, LCCC offers several accelerated spring semester options.

There are two 7-week sessions - the first is held from Jan. 23 through March 12 and the second runs March 19 to May 15. A 10-week option begins Feb. 20.

Registration for the accelerated winter online session, which runs Dec. 19, 2022, through Jan. 19, 2023, is also available now. Information is at www.LCCC.edu/winter.

Tuition and fees for LCCC’s winter session and spring semester are due on or before Dec. 7, and after that date are due at the time of registration. In addition, a payment plan is available and can be set up through the myLCCC portal. Students can pay online or in person at the Business Office in Schnecksville, as well as sites in Tamaqua and Allentown.

Fall open house

Prospective students and their families are invited to Lehigh Carbon Community College’s in-person fall open house on Nov. 10, in the Community Services Center on the college’s main campus in Schnecksville. The open house will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.

Admissions and financial aid representatives, academic advisors as well as faculty program coordinators will be on hand to answer questions.

Families are encouraged to attend with their prospective student.

• Meet with faculty coordinators about degrees and the many programs that interest you

• Learn about the LCCC admissions process, advising, transfer options, placement testing, athletic opportunities and more

• Attend presentations on financial aid and scholarships (offered in both English and Spanish), educational support and the Honors program

• Learn about classes and campus life

• Take a campus tour
