The Pleasant Valley School District approved the following items during its meeting on Thursday.

• Change to current assignment: Lucille Rhock, substitute teacher to ESL teacher, PVES; Sarah Rodvelt, substitute teacher to school counselor at PVMS; Carlene Altemose, paraprofessional at PVHS to custodian at PVMS.

• Recall and remove from support staff furlough list: Colleen Schmidt, Kelly Chiumento and Renee Kresge, paraprofessionals, PVES; Anna Manwiller, PVHS paraprofessional.

• Hiring of professional staff: Alison Gimbi, school counselor, PVMS, replace Nicole Layton.

• Hiring of professional staff substitutes: India Johnson, Erica Smith, Samantha Long, Rheannon Parker, Kelly Hendra and Taylor Merklin.

• Hiring of support staff: Elizabeth Kozero, food service, PVES.

• Hiring of support staff substitute: Jennifer Fallat, food service employee.

• Intramural advisers: Christopher Enderes, baseball, PVMS; Toni Bush, girls lacrosse, PVHS, PVMS and PVIS.

• Supplemental contracts, athletics: Hanna Doerner, girls lacrosse, assistant coach; Corinne Morris, girls basketball, head coach.

• Supplemental contracts, nonathletic: PVHS - Jamie Hyde and Danielle Brandes, Diversity Club advisers; Sherry Getz, Honor Society adviser; Susan McDermott, musical set painter; Elaine Cucci and Suzanne Hunsicker, SADD advisers and Student Government; Elaine Cucci and Catherine Britton, Animation Club; Bernadette Fierro, Sophomore Class, adviser; Edward Slatky and Suzanne Hunsicker, algebra II and geometry, fall, winter and spring schoolteacher; Danielle Brandes, English, fall, winter, spring and summer school teacher.
