October 10, 1955 - A big game from Bob Scutta helps Coaldale collect a 20-0 victory over McAdoo. Scutta carries 14 times for 140 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Tigers. After John Flyzik recovers a fumble in the second quarter, Scutta races 25 yards on a reverse to open the game’s scoring. On Coaldale’s next possession, Scutta reaches the end zone again - this time getting outside for a 34-yard scamper to the end zone. The Tigers extend the margin in the third frame when Joe Cipko scores on a 3-yard run. Coaldale’s defense, led by Bob Herring and Andy Yurchak, hold McAdoo to just 19 yards rushing.
