Schuylkill County Judge Charles M. Miller has admitted two people into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program.
Entry into the program is not an admission of guilt, and defendants’ records may be cleared if they successfully complete the program.
Alex Jeffrey Moyer, 19, of Nesquehoning, was charged by state police at Frackville with theft by deception and retail theft on Oct. 13, 2021.
Miller admitted him into ARD for 18 months.
Miller also ordered Moyer to pay $50 a month for the cost of supervision, and $350 to defray the cost of the program, and to perform 10 hours of community service.
Miller also ordered Moyer to repay Walmart $220.48.
Kylie Aurora Usalis, 26, of Coaldale, was charged by Tamaqua Police Officer Andrew J. Seip with use/possession of drug paraphernalia on April 14.
Miller admitted her into ARD for 12 months.
She was ordered to pay $50 a month for the cost of supervision, and $350 to defray the cost of the program; to perform 10 hours of community service; and to pay restitution and all court costs.
