A Lehighton woman has died from injuries sustained in a crash.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s office said Patricia A. Rodenbach, 80, was pronounced dead on Friday, at 4:10 p.m. at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg.

She was the operator of a motor vehicle in collision with another motor vehicle. The incident occurred on Aug. 16 at approximately 7:21 p.m. at the Intersection of Blakeslee Boulevard Drive East and Fredericks Grove Road, Mahoning Township, Carbon County.

In addition to the coroner’s office, this death is being investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police, Lehighton Station.
