September 26, 1998 - Gabe Robinson scores four touchdowns to help Jim Thorpe overcome nine turnovers and gain a 34-18 victory over Columbia-Montour Vo-Tech. Robinson carries seven times for 170 yards and two scores, catches a pair of passes for 79 yards and a TD, and also reaches the end zone on a 49-yard punt return. Robinson tallies twice in the first half, on a 61-yard pass from Matt Long and on a 73-yard run. He adds a 33-yard tally in the third frame, along with his punt return. The Olympians, coached by Mark Rosenberger, also receive a 12-yard TD pass from Long to Earl Kunkel and 139 rushing yards from Ngoyi Mukusa.
