Kidder Township supervisors last month on a 4-0 vote approved a conditional use hearing for Mora Solar’s solar farm.

The farm is proposed for a remote area in the western part of the township.

Kidder’s Township Planning Commission voted to approve a conditional use for the 500-plus acre solar farm at their July meeting.

The public meeting to get citizen input about the conditional use will be held at 6 p.m. Sept. 22 at the township building in Lake Harmony.
