• Approved requests to work additional hours:

Sheriff’s Office Overtime Report for the period ending Aug. 14:

Deputies - 79.75 hours (7 hours less than Sheriff’s Office Overtime Report for the period ending July 31).

Security - 33.50 hours (7.5 hours more than Sheriff’s Office Overtime Report for the period ending July 31).

Clerks - 4.50 hours (9 hours less than the Sheriff’s Office Overtime Report for the period ending July 31).

Sheriff’s Office Overtime Report for the period ending Aug. 28:

Deputies - 23.75 hours (56 hours less than the period ending Aug. 14)

Security - 21 hours (9.75 less hours than the period ending Aug. 14)

Clerks - 0.75 hours (3.75 less hours than the period ending Aug. 14)

• Appointments for the Monroe County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Council through Sept. 13, 2025: Barbara Migliaccio, Richard Waibel and Patty Fretz.

• Executed two new contracts: HL Home Care Agency LLC at $19 per unit of service and Mighty Care Givers LLC at $20 per unit of service.

• Professional Services Contract with Recovery Revolution Inc. through June 30, 2025, with a maximum not to exceed $2,500.

• Five Purchase of Service Agreements through June 30, 2023: Kids Peace National Centers for $150,000, Access Services for $100,000, Diakon Child, Family & Community Services for $75,000, Northampton County Juvenile Justice Center for $880,000, Kathy’s Care Adult Homes LLC for $105,000.

• Authorized to advertise auction of confiscated/county vehicles on Sept. 23.
