Joshua A. Inama, 23, of MaryD, escaped injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 4:57 a.m. Aug. 22 on Route 209 in Blythe Township.

State police at the Frackville barracks said he was driving a 2001 Saturn Ion southbound and was traveling too fast for conditions when he failed to negotiate a lefthand curve on the wet roadway. The vehicle left the road, traveled off the right shoulder and crashed into an embankment.

Police said the impact caused the Ion to overturn and come to rest in the southbound lane.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
