The Pennsylvania State Police Troop M-Bethlehem said 29 drivers were charged with driving under the influence during the Labor Day Holiday Enforcement period.

Police said they also investigated 45 crashes during that period.

The enforcement period during the holiday was from 12:01 a.m. Friday to 11:59 p.m. Monday.

Troop M-Bethlehem covers Northampton, Lehigh and Bucks counties.
