Schuylkill Township residents were introduced to their new police chief, Frank DiMarco, at last night’s regular township supervisors’ meeting.

DiMarco has been on the job since being hired at last month’s meeting and provided the supervisors with his first report, including 13 complaints that were received from Aug. 5-31.

DeMarco reminded residents they should contact the department for any police need. “No matter how small a thing you think it is, (for instance) if someone takes change out of your car, we need to know about it. I work for you. That’s why I’m here,” the new chief told residents.
