The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced the following road work for the remainder of the week:

Carbon County

• Packer and Banks Townships: Spring Mountain Road paving between Quakake Road and Route 93, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.

• Penn Forest and Towamensing Townships: Hatchery Road pothole patching between Route 903 Highway to Adventure and Trachsville Hill Road, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thursday and Friday.

Lehigh County

• Whitehall Township, Route 22 milling and paving between 15th Street and Route 145/Seventh Street/MacArthur Road, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

• Various Municipalities: I-78 construction between Exit 49 (Route 100) and Exit 54 (Route 222), 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

• South Whitehall Township: Route 22 Interchanges paving between Cedar Crest Blvd and Route 145/Seventh Street/MacArthur Road, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

• Various Townships: I-78 East construction between Exit 55 and Exit 67, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

• Various Townships: I-78 highway beautification between Exit 49 (Route 100) and Northampton County Line, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Whitehall Township, Route 145/MacArthur Road emergency road work between Lehigh Street and Mechanicsville Road, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Tuesday.

Monroe County

• Multiple Municipalities: Route 33 South paving between Lehigh Exit and Saylorsburg Exit, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.

Northampton County

• Bethlehem, Palmer Townships: Route 22 paving between 25th Street Interchange and Bethman Road Overpass, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

• Bethlehem Township, Route 22 East paving between Route 512 and Farmersville Road, 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday.

• Bethlehem, I-78 East inspection between Lehigh County Line and Exit 67, 9 a.m. too 3 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday.

• Lehigh Township, Blue Mountain Drive lane restriction with flagging between Lehigh Drive and Mountain View Drive, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

• Palmer/Plainfield, Route 33 shoulder work between Route 22 and Route 512, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Schuylkill County

• Ryan Township, I-81 pothole patching between Exit 131 and Exit 134, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

• Tamaqua Borough, Route 309 pothole patching between Rose Street and Broad Street, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
