A 23-year-old Orwigsburg man said he was scammed out of $1,300, according to state police at Schuylkill Haven.

The man told police he gave a man he didn’t know the money when the man threatened to release sensitive photographs of the Orwigsburg man to his family and friends.

The investigation will be forwarded to state police at the Frackville barracks.
