Whitehead walks just two and strikes out 13 in his six innings of work. Jim Kravelk collects a single and a grand slam homer in the first as Nesquehoning scores eight times. Mark Trusa finishes the contest with three hits and a pair of runs, while Whitehead helps his own cause with a couple hits and three runs. The winners, who add six more runs in the fifth, also receive two hits and two runs from Bill Bamford.
