Costenbader isn’t the only Blue Bomber to finish under par as Mike Englert puts up a score of 70 on the par-72 course. The winners, coached by Tom Gilligan, also receive a 75 from Ben Andrews and a 76 from Brice Snyder to push Palmerton’s record to 3-0.
