Schuylkill County Salary Board on Thursday handled a number of personnel actions.

• Register of Wills Office: Clerk lV Marcy Bohm Honicker, Pottsville, was granted a wage increase to $15.51 an hour.

• Sheriff’s Office: Courtney Miller, West Penn Township, was promoted from secretary l to deputy sheriff at a wage of $18.88 an hour.

She’ll undergo six months of training.

• Human Resources: Caitlin Cole, Pottsville, was hired as office support/secretarial at $14.28 an hour.

• Mental Health/Disability Services/Drug & Alcohol: Administrative Officer I Grace Coffin, Barnesville, was granted a wage increase to $24.33 an hour.

• Maintenance: Matthew Jarrett, Mahanoy City, was hired as a general laborer at $13.94 an hour.

• Public Defender: Amy Laubenstine, Wayne Township, was hired as a secretary III at $13.76.

• Brittany Culbert, Pottsville, and Jania Rollerson, Schuylkill Haven, were appointed as unpaid interns.

• Children & Youth Services Agency: Casework Supervisor Christina Alexander, Frackville, resigned.
