Tamaqua All-Stars Win Tri-County 7-8 Tournament Tamaqua rallied to beat Valley West, 2-1, in the championship game of the Tri-County 7-8-year-old Little League Tournament. Nolan Runk roped an RBI triple in the bottom of the fourth inning to tie the contest. Abram Graver followed with a single to drive home what proved to be the winning run. Grayson Smith was the winning pitcher for Tamaqua, surrendering one run on three hits, while striking out five, and walking one. Tamaqua went 4-0 in the tournament.
