Ralph Strohl, Trachsville, has been dismissed as investigator for the Carbon County Home at Laurytown.

Named to succeed him is Manny Wolf, Lausanne Township.

This was learned in the courthouse this morning as Strohl, a hotel operator in Trachsville, started breaking Wolf, Weatherly area magistrate, into the routine of the position.

The job has to do with the interviewing of prospective patients at the home and reporting to the commissioners before they are formally accepted. The post pays $3,800 per year.
