State police at Frackville reported the arrest of a Tamaqua man.

Troopers said on July 25 at 9:58 p.m. they received a report of a suspicious person lurking around Reynolds Road in Walker Township.

Troopers went to the scene and located Mark Scheitrum, 35, a short distance from the scene.

He was taken into custody and found in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges will be filed.

The listed victims are a 56-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man, both of Tamaqua.
