State police at Lehighton reported on the following incidents:
• On July 3 at 10:07 a.m. troopers responded to 648 Route 115, in Hamilton Township, Monroe County, for a report of two flea market vendors having issues.
A further investigation determined that Bonnie Davis, 66, of Effort, was engaged in an argument with another person over Facebook comments.
A 16-year-old girl from Saylorsburg, attempted to step in between Davis and the other person when the suspect touched the teen on the arm in an unwanted manner, troopers said. Davis was cited for harassment - physical contact.
• Police are investigating the theft of a catalytic converter from a vehicle in Penn Forest Township, Carbon County.
Troopers said a 47-year-old Jim Thorpe resident reported that sometime between June 25 and July 13 a converter was removed from a 2003 Ford Excursion while parked along Route 903. The value of the converter was set at $900.
• Troopers said a package containing a laptop computer was stolen from a residence along Cornell Avenue in Lower Towamensing Township, sometime between July 5 and 7. The computer is valued at $1,000.
