State police at Lehighton reported on an incident that occurred on July 6 at 11:26 p.m. along East Railroad Street in Nesquehoning.

Troopers said a 39-year-old male from Lehighton, who they declined to identify, physically assaulted and harassed a 40-year-old female and a 50-year-old male, both of Nesquehoning, at the above location.

The suspect was charged with simple assault and harassment - physical contact.
