A Carbon County man is facing a retail theft charge in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said a 65-year-old Weatherly residence, who troopers declined to identify, concealed 22 items of assorted clothing and household goods and attempted to leave the Walmart store, located along Airport Road, in Hazle Township, without paying for them. The incident occurred at 3:12 p.m. on July 7. Total value of the items was $210.04.

Charges were filed.
