State police at Schuylkill Haven report on charges

State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on the following arrests made by troopers in Schuylkill County:

• On June 26 at 7:08 a.m. troopers received a report of a stolen 1997 Ford F0159 truck from a gas station. The vehicle was spotted on Interstate 81 northbound and a pursuit ensued before the driver gave up and came to a stop.

Terry Willett, 45, of Lansing, Michigan, was charged of theft of a motor vehicle. The owner of the truck is a 57-year-old man from Tremont.

• On May 28 at 1:47 p.m. troopers were dispatched to a vehicle repair business along Molleystown Road, in Tremont Township, for a trespassing incident. Kyle McNeal, 27, of New Cumberland, Cumberland County, would not leave the property. McNeal also removed a car battery from a state police cruiser that was at the business for repairs.

McNeal was taken into custody and arraigned before a district judge on criminal trespass and related charges.

• On June 23 at 11:46 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2012 Honda Accord at Nicholas Street and Terry Reiley Way, in Pottsville. The driver, Okili Grant, 21, of Pottsville, was found to be impaired. The investigation is ongoing.

• On June 24 at 1:38 a.m. troopers conducted a traffic of a 2011 Ford at Route 61 and North Second Street, Saint Clair. The driver, Tiffany Mark, 29, of Pottsville, was found to be impaired and subsequently placed under arrest for DUI.

• On June 18 at 4:54 p.m. troopers conducted a traffic stop of a 2007 Cadillac CTS in Palo Alto borough for traffic violations. The driver, a 31-year-old man from Lehighton, who troopers declined to identify, was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police said charges to be filed.
