The Knights of Columbus at St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley in Summit Hill will honor the soldiers who died while serving during all wars with a new monument on Sunday.

The organization invites all members of the community to witness the dedication of the new monument at noon after the 11 a.m. Mass at 462 W. Ludlow St.

The monument will also include the names of all soldiers who were killed in action since the parish’s inception, as well as all former parishes that have merged to create the current parish.

Music for the dedication ceremony will begin at 11:45 a.m.

The Knights purchased the monument from Walter’s Monument.
