State police at Schuylkill Haven reported an arrest made in a Schuylkill County burglary.

Troopers said the burglary occurred at a residence along Hill Road in Barry Township sometime on June 2 between 6:52 and 7:37 p.m. The victim of the break-in was a 20-year-old female from Tremont.

As a result of an investigation, Nikki Leininger, 38, of Tremont, was charged with burglary and related counts. She was arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Pottsville unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail.
