With the media barred from attending a pipeline meeting at the Towamensing Township municipal building, protesters of the PennEast pipeline project made their objections known during a public demonstration outside the building.

Residents Roy and Linda Christman, Michael Schirra, Peter Benson and Glenn Redshaw, among others, stressed the residents’ opposition to PennEast’s efforts to lease property where the pipeline will run, under the threat of eminent domain.
