Keystone College celebrated its 151st commencement during a ceremony at the Pavilion at Montage, Scranton, on May 21.

Degrees were conferred upon 250 students, including Sabrina Todd Moyer, Tamaqua, who received a Bachelor of Science from the Turock School of Arts and Sciences.
