The Lansford Townhouses will host a Juneteenth celebration Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m.

Juneteenth celebrates the freedom of all enslaved Americans.

The event, held on the island at the town houses, 100 Lansford Court, will celebrate diversity through food. There will also be games and sprinklers for kids.

Available food includes empanadas, fried chicken, Jamaican pudding, goat soup, Jamaican curry, jerk chicken, German chocolate cake and more.
