Winning pitcher Willard Fritzinger allows 11 hits in the contest, but only an eighth-inning run. Offensively, he adds a hit and scores a pair of runs. The winners, managed by Earl Silliman, also receive two hits and an RBI from Art George, while Les Sweitzer and Larry Silliman both contribute a hit and a run. For Lehighton, Roger Ulshafer and Ron Koons each finish with three hits.
