The Carbon Monarchs and Northern Valley both posted wins in Lehigh Valley Senior Legion play on Monday, while Palmerton posted a victory in LV Connie Mack action.

Northern Valley turned back Lower Macungie for a 4-3 win in Lehigh Valley Senior Legion action.

Tyler Fenstermaker was 1-for-2 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored for Northern Valley. Fenstermaker also walked twice. Andrew Diehl added a hit and an RBI in the win.

Lower Macungie pushed across a run in the bottom of the seventh on an error, but Evan Druckenmiller got a fly out to end the game.

Druckenmiller worked three innings of relief, allowing two hits and striking out five. Starter Zachary Chamberlain struck out eight in four innings of work, allowing two hits.

Carbon-No. Parkland

The Carbon Monarchs broke out the bats in a 16-6 Lehigh Valley Senior Legion win over North Parkland.

Garrett Lienhard was 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles, three RBIs, three runs scored and two walks for the Monarchs, who had 15 hits. Aiden Rarick (2-for-2) had a double, three runs scored, two RBIs and four walks, while Ian Rarick added two hits and a run scored. Randy Bongiorno doubled with two RBIs and three walks and Michael Yeakel also doubled with an RBI and a run scored.

Lawrence Baldassano (RBI, two runs scored) and Talan Sensinger (RBI, two runs scored) also finished with two hits apiece.

Cole Skrapits (double), Joseph Algard (double, two runs scored) and Jake Barto (double, RBI, run scored) all had two hits apiece for North Parkland.

Palmerton-Coplay

A strong start carried Palmerton to a 6-5 win over Coplay in a Lehigh Valley Connie Mack Senior Connie Mack contest.

Mason George was 2-for-3 with a double, two RBIs and a run scored for Palmerton, which led 6-0 after four innings. Trevor Stroup added a hit and two RBIs.

Miller was 2-for-4 with two RBIs for Coplay.
