Bowmanstown Borough Council took the following action last week:

• Approved applications for payment No. 2 to Lehigh Asphalt in the amount of $465,218 for the Craig Street Project.

• Approved unpaid invoices from the Craig Street project from water lines being hit ($2,640), homeowner not having water due to the water lateral relocation ($1,166), and four water lateral relocation invoices ($4,596).

• Agreed to advertise the White Street highway occupancy permit inlets to put out to bid.

• Agreed to rent a chipper for the brush pile.

• Tabled the purchase of a new pressure washer.

• Tabled a request on a letter received by the Hedmecks requesting a waiver to keep their camper on the street for 72 hours.

• Agreed to have Responsible Recycling come out and shred old documents from the basement.
