Stephen A. Gaeta, 66, of Flemington, New Jersey, was cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks after a crash at 4:38 p.m. May 25 on Route 115 in Ross Township.

Police said he was driving a 2002 Audi northbound on Route 115 when it “rear-ended” a 2010 Subaru Legacy driven by Sherry Hartman-Perlman, 61, of Saylorsburg. Hartman-Perlman was stopped in anticipation of making a left turn.

Police said neither driver was hurt but both vehicles had disabling damages and were towed from the scene.
