Bears’ Pridham on EPC all-star softball team

Pleasant Valley’s Brianca Pridham was recently named to the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference all-star softball team.

Pridham, who helped lead the Bears to an 11-9 record and a berth in the District 11 playoffs, made the EPC Second Team at first base.

In 20 games during the regular season, Pridham was 32-for-62 at the plate for a .516 batting average. She had 12 extra-base hits - including 10 doubles, a triple and a homer - and 27 RBIs. Pridham also scored 20 runs and walked four times, which helped increase her on-base percentage to .544. She also only struck out three times in her 68 plate appearances.

Northampton’s Devyn Demchak was First Team at first base. The Konkrete Kids placed four players on the First Team, including EPC Most Valuable Player Taylor Kranzley.
