The 6 p.m. Saturday evening service at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 319 South Avenue, Jim Thorpe will be suspended for the summer months. Saturday evening service will resume Sept. 10.

The annual clothing giveaway will be held in July this year. Dates and times will be announced in early June.
