Schuylkill County commissioners on Thursday approved bids on 90 private sale of tax delinquent properties.

The list includes offers of:

• $12,131.56 from Roxana Alvarez for 8 Spruce Ave., Ryan Township;

• $4,187.33 from Daniel Vargas and Rosmeris Pascal;

• $3,563.85 from JPM Holdings LLC for 250 W. Ridge St., Coaldale;

• $4,682.83 from JPM Holdings LLC for 120 E. Earley Ave., Coaldale;

• $2,379.11 from JPM Holdings LLC for 224 East St., Coaldale.

Also on Thursday, commissioners approved paying Shannon A. Smith $614.41 to install an electrical outlet and a receptacle for data equipment in the MIS department at 324 N. Center St. The job was a change order as part of a larger project.
