The Educational Opportunity Center of PA is a nonprofit organization that is providing services toward academic achievement and awareness of postsecondary educational opportunities for over 40 year. EOC Inc. manages two federal TRIO Programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education, the Talent Search Program, and the EOC Program.

The EOC Program targets adults in nine counties in Northeastern Pennsylvania: Columbia, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Schuylkill, Susquehanna and Wayne counties. EOC provides free services to residents who wish to further their education, need GED support, or career guidance. These services are provided in one-on-one and group sessions.
