Emergency response teams were dispatched Saturday morning when a car was discovered submerged in the Owl Creek dam No. 2. Dive teams from Lehighton, Mahanoy City and Schuylkill Haven were on scene searching for victims. It is believed the unit was stolen out of Summit Hill. Tamaqua police are investigating the incident.
