Joseph Kovatch was elected to be the new president of the Nesquehoning Lions Club during a meeting last night held in Lengyel’s Restaurant.

Other officers are Francis Kunzweiler, first vice president; Carl Mikovich, second vice president; James Nardozzi, third vice president; John Slivka, secretary; Frank Parano, treasurer; George Lengyel, Lion Tamer; Thomas Harrison, Tail Twister.

Named directors were Michael Jupin and Joseph Sniscak, two-year terms, and Fred Polohovich and Robert Lazorchick, one-year terms.
