State police at Frackville troopers responded to North Railroad Avenue in Frackville, for an incident at 2:13 a.m. May 4. Troopers said an argument between a 29-year-old man from Saint Clair and Joshua Cohoon, 24, of Frackville, took place.

Troopers said Cohoon then cut the driver’s seat in the victim’s vehicle with a knife. Police said Cohoon was charged.
