A Slatington man is facing charges following an incident in which two tires were flattened.
State police at Bethlehem said at 12:13 p.m. on April 23 troopers were dispatched to the 3000 block of Shady Nook Road, in Washington Township, Lehigh County, for a report of a disturbance. On scene troopers observed a gray/silver and camouflage painted GMC Sierra with two flat tires.
A witness and the victim said the tires on the vehicle were flattened by the defendant, Donovan Miller, 62, of Slatington, owner of the property. Troopers said the vehicle was parked on the roadway on the property after the ex-employer/ex-employee engaged in a verbal dispute involving personal property between the victim and the defendant.
Miller was charged with criminal mischief, troopers said.
