Carbon Career & Technical Institute’s Health Medical/Nurse Aide Technical Program held its Pinning Ceremony to honor the four seniors who completed the required hours to sit for their Certified Nurse Aide Exam.

The following students were pinned by their chosen family member: Autumn Benedict of Palmerton, Rheese Borland of Palmerton, Sherry Nametko of Lehighton, and Jordyn Welsh of Jim Thorpe.

All four seniors will be taking their Written and Skills Exam in May.

These students will be furthering their nursing career in higher education.

Borland will be attending Chatham University, Pittsburgh; Welsh will be attending Bloomsburg University; and Sherry Nametko and Autumn Benedict will attend Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville.
