Firefighters are once again battling a brush fire they fought Friday in Jackson Township. The fire originated in the 200 block of Five Springs Road of Effort Neola Road. Saturday firefighters concentrated their efforts along Jefferson Road in steep terrain. Friday helicopters had to be used to fight the flames. It is not known how many acres were burned.
