McAdoo police charged Steven Trimmell with reckless driving, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct following an alleged March 1 incident.

According to police, officers were called to the unit block of North Logan Street at 1:30 p.m. and spoke to an elderly woman who said Trimmell parked his car on her property, rendering her unable to remove snow.

When officers asked Trimmell to move his vehicle, police said he became extremely upset and began cursing at the officer and the woman.

When he sped away, officers placed traffic cones on the woman’s property to prevent him from parking there again.

Trimmell returned shortly thereafter and threw the cones across the street onto another property, police said.
