Credit agreement

Truist Bank, 4251 Fayetteville Road, Lumberton, North Carolina, filed a civil complaint against Thomas W. McEvilly, 500A Bridge St., Weissport, alleging he defaulted on a credit agreement.

LVNV Funding, Canonsburg, filed the following actions: Keith M. Schnell, 351 N. Third St., Lehighton, seeking $5,675.43; Lori Meckes, 46 Ponderosa Road, Jim Thorpe, seeking $1,247.42; and Jeffrey Judge, 419 Centre St., Palmerton, seeking $1,244.10.

Student loans

LCS Capital LLC, 6782 S. Potomac St., Centennial, Colorado, filed a civil complaint against Tabitha Weaver, Box 1169, Albrightsville; and Kathy and Pete Geffert, 35 Rodda Road, Albrightsville.

The suit alleges the defendants entered into five student loan agreements and are in default. Sought is $35,989.23 plus interest, costs and fees.
