– Palmerton’s Ashley Green and Northwestern’s T.J. Stellar win special competitions at the 20th Annual VIA All-Star Basketball Classic held at Nazareth Area High School, where they are joined by 10 other Times News area players on the Red teams representing schools from the northern area of the Colonial League and Pius X High School. Green nails eight three-pointers in a minute and a half to tie for first place in the three-point contest, while Stellar takes second place in the slam dunk contest behind Pius standout Jon Brown.
