Bulldogs' Steckel signs with Lock Haven Stef Steckel recently announced she will continue her academic and athletic careers at Lock Haven University, where she will participate in both cross country and track and field. A four-year varsity member of both squads, Stef, who runs long distance, middle distance and hurdles, also participates in basketball. At Lock Haven, she will major in criminal justice.
