State police at Stroudsburg reported on the following crash investigated by troopers on Monroe County roadways.

A one-vehicle crash occurred at 12:31 p.m. on March 9 along Route 209 in Hamilton Township. Troopers said Maili Henderson-Slater, 19, of Albrightsville, was driving a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox northbound during icy/wet conditions when her vehicle lost traction and veered to the right striking an embankment and ultimately overturning onto its roof.

Henderson-Slater was injured and taken to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg. The vehicle was towed.
