Route 902 is closed in Summit Hill due to a tree ripping down utility and power lines during Monday night’s storms. The roadway is closed between White Bear and Hilltop Road on Bugzie’s mountain. At the height of the storm PPL was reporting more than 30,000 people without electricity. As of 8 a.m. 8,000 were still without electricity, nearly 1,000 in the Times News area.
