State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating a theft incident at Schaeffer’s Motorsports, located off Route 61, in Orwigsburg, West Brunswick Township. Troopers said the owner of the business reported the theft of 10 state inspection stickers. The incident was reported at 11:43 a.m. Feb. 18
