A Minersville man charged by Tamaqua police with a drug offense will serve two to 12 months behind bars - as soon as he’s caught.
Schuylkill County Judge Charles M. Miller on Feb. 17 revoked the probation of Victor J. Pranscavage, 59. He was charged on Dec. 5, 2019, by officer Michael G. Weaver with a first-time offense of use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pranscavage was released on Jan. 21, 2020, on $500 percentage bail.
Miller revoked his probation and issued a bench warrant after he failed to show up for a hearing.
